Who we are
Cardinal Automation Partners, LLC ("Cardinal," "we," "us") is a workflow automation consulting firm based in Raleigh, NC. This policy covers cardinal-automation.com and any subdomains we operate.
What we collect
We collect only what you provide directly:
- Contact form submissions — name, work email, company, job title, industry, workflow description, and estimated volume. Submitted via Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets under our Google Workspace account.
- Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence.
We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or third-party remarketing pixels. We do not purchase or sell contact lists.
How we use it
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we move forward, to schedule and conduct a discovery call. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who processes your data
We use the following processors:
- Google Workspace (Google LLC) — form collection and storage via Google Forms and Google Sheets. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to conduct and follow up on our business relationship. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To do so, contact us at hello@cardinal-automation.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
